All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to update product information, prices, or availability when necessary.

Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide, including your name, phone number, and delivery address, is accurate.

Pink Secret may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order or delivery information.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if we are unable to confirm it, the product is unavailable, or the information provided is incomplete or incorrect.

Prices & Payment

Product prices are displayed on our website. Unless otherwise stated, delivery charges are separate.

We currently offer payment upon delivery.

Delivery

We deliver throughout Lebanon.

Delivery fee: $4
Estimated delivery time: 3–4 days after order confirmation.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.

Exchanges, Returns & Refunds

We accept exchanges for size only, subject to availability.

Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

We do not accept returns and do not offer refunds.

Any delivery charges related to a size exchange are the customer's responsibility.
